YOUR PRIVATE INTRO EXPERIENCE
We believe people deserve more than being thrown into a crowded class and told to keep up. That’s why every client begins with two private coaching sessions before entering our semi-private training environment. This allows us to understand your movement, build confidence, and coach intentionally from day one.
SESSION 1 (90 MINUTES)
• 60 minutes of your chosen training format
(Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, or Functional Strength Training)
• 30 minutes for an InBody scan and consultation
Because no two bodies move the same and coaching gets lost when classes become crowded but NOT HERE.
SESSION 2 (60 MINUTES)
A private coaching session focused on reinforcing proper movement, building strength, and continuing your progression. By the end of your sessions, you’ll feel more confident, more capable, and ready to transition into our semi-private training environment.

WHY WE REFUSE TO OVERCROWD CLASSES.
In many fitness environments, people are expected to keep up. We believe coaching requires attention. That’s why we intentionally cap our classes and begin every client with private sessions first.
So when you step into a semi-private class, you’re not guessing.You’re guided.
Starting with private sessions means:
• You walk into your first semi-private class with confidence
• Your coaches already understand your body and movement

After completing your Private Intro sessions, we guide you into the next step based on your goals, schedule, and how your body moves.
From there, you’ll transition into a membership that supports your progress and keeps you consistent.
You’ll enter our semi-private classes with:
• Coaches who already understand your body and movement patterns
• A clear starting point — no guessing, no confusion
• Structured programming and personalized attention
