HOW TO START. OUR METHOD

YOUR PRIVATE INTRO EXPERIENCE

Every new client begins with two private sessions before entering our semi-private classes. This allows us to understand your body, build confidence in your movement, and introduce you to how we coach at GRITT — without the pressure of a group setting.


SESSION 1 (90 MINUTES)

• 60 minutes of your chosen training format
(Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, or Functional Strength Training)

• 30 minutes for an InBody scan and consultation
We assess movement, discuss goals, review body composition, and begin building your personalized approach.

SESSION 2 (60 MINUTES)

A private coaching session focused on reinforcing proper movement, building strength, and continuing your progression.

By the end of your sessions, you’ll feel more confident, more capable, and ready to transition into our semi-private training environment.

During your Private Intro sessions, we focus on form, alignment, and safety so you feel confident stepping into our semi-private environment.


Because we cap classes at:
• 6 clients for reformer classes
• 8 clients for all other formats

We take the time to coach you properly before placing you into our semi-private classes.



Starting with private sessions means:

• You walk into your first semi-private class with confidence
• Your coaches already understand your body and movement
• You’re not guessing — you’re coached with intention from day one

CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP

After completing your Private Intro sessions, we guide you into the next step based on your goals, schedule, and how your body moves.

From there, you’ll transition into a membership that supports your progress and keeps you consistent.

You’ll enter our semi-private classes with:
• Coaches who already understand your body and movement patterns
• A clear starting point — no guessing, no confusion
• Structured programming and personalized attention
