HOW TO START. OUR METHOD

YOUR PRIVATE INTRO SESSION
Every new client begins with one private, 90-minute Intro Session.
• 60 minutes of your chosen class format (Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, or Functional Strength Training)
• 30 minutes for an InBody scan and results consultation. This allows us to assess movement, discuss goals, review body composition, and introduce you to our coaching style without the pressure of a group setting.

build your foundation
During your Intro, we focus on form, alignment, and safety so you feel confident stepping into our semi-private setting.
Because we cap classes at:
• 6 clients for reformer classes
• 8 clients any other class format
Starting with a private intro means:
• You walk into your first semi-private class confident
• Coaches already understand & know you
• We protect the quality of every class. We don’t throw you into the deep end. We set you up to succeed.

CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP
After your Private Intro, you can either complete the remaining private foundation intros to other class formats or transition directly into a membership that fits your goals and schedule. We’ll guide you toward the option that best supports your progress.
